WE 166 - Individual Aerobic Conditioning(1/2) This course is designed to provide an effective exercise circuit system to help the student develop overall muscle tone and cardiovascular conditioning. Handouts emphasizing the value of developing a total lifetime fitness attitude and optional lectures are available to enhance the student’s knowledge of the benefi ts of a lifetime fitness program. This course requires an initial orientation/assessment. After the assessment, the class becomes an open-lab format by arrangement.
