WE 134 - Body Tone and Sculpt(1/2) Students will receive instruction on body toning and sculpting exercises for improving muscle tone and endurance. Students will learn exercises with dumbbells, body bars, stability balls, bands, Bosu Balls, free weights, nautilus weights, balancing disks, and body weight exercises. This class is designed for students who are new to resistance training and for students who have been lifting weights but want to learn new techniques to modify and change their current workout program.
