Description: CRB 240 - Brewing Operations and Regulatory Affairs extends the classroom knowledge from CRB 110 and CRB 210 and focuses on managing a brewery’s business. Students will learn about professional brewery accounting, record keeping, legal affairs, DEI, and market trends. Sustainability, OSHA requirements, and TTB regulations.

A student must be 18 to enroll in this course.
