Description: CRB 110 Introduction to Craft Beverage Brewing introduces students to the basic concepts of craft beer production on commercial brewing equipment in GRCC’s Fountain Hill microbrewery. Brewing, cellaring, fermentation, conditioning, and storage knowledge will be supplemented by hands-on learning experience in a commercial brewhouse setting. Students apply safety and sanitation to produce 3.5-5 bbl batches of craft beer for public consumption in GRCC’s taproom, “Peter’s Pub.”

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll in this course.
