Corequisites: None Description: This class introduces students to the practice of meditation and the benefits gained from a regular meditation practice on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Students also learn how they can benefit academically from realizing how to calm and open the mind. Students will engage in yoga and mindfulness practices.
