WE 141 - Beginning Weight Training(1/2) This beginning weight training course is focused on the principles of weight training to provide a foundation of total body strength and muscle tone. This course is intended for individuals who are unfamiliar with resistance training, designing a program, or proper lifting technique. This course will provide an understanding of the bio-mechanics involved, muscles used for a given exercise, and program development.
