PY 201 - General Psychology(3/3) Prerequisites: Entry Level college reading and writing skills – Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. This course is an introduction to the many different areas of which this discipline is comprised. These areas include: psychological theories, research methods, the relationship between brain and behavior, human development, learning, memory, cognition, group dynamics, personality theories and the identification and treatment of abnormal behavior.
