College Level Prerequisites: None Description: In this course students learn basic operation, maintenance and diagnostics unique to hybrid vehicles. Course content focuses on high voltage safety procedures, use of specialized diagnostic equipment for high voltage systems, high voltage drive system diagnostics and repair, and power system diagnostics.
This course is designed to prepare students to take the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Light Duty Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Specialist (L3) certification.
