MUS 215 - Aural Comprehension 3

Description: This course is an advanced continuation of the aural skills learned in MUS 116. Emphasis is on singing, aural identification and dictation of scales, intervals, harmonic progressions, melodic patterns, rhythmic patterns, triads and seventh chords. Development of intermediate sightsinging techniques as well as skills in notating performed melodic and harmonic musical examples also occurs.   There is a weekly Music Lab requirement for this course.
