Description: This course covers the fundamentals of the recording arts, including basic audio signal and acoustics theory, digital audio fundamentals, recording consoles, microphone design and signal processing. Students work in an on-campus lab and studio to complete lab assignments and projects. Department consent required to enroll in this course. The lecture and lab components of this course are scheduled separately.
