College Level Prerequisites: None Description: Human Growth and Development is the study of the total person from conception through adolescence, including stages and considerations in adult development. Emphasis is on observing and analyzing physical, cognitive, language and social-emotional development. This course requires laboratory experience with children at approved sites. Three hours lecture and two hours of lab.
