TH 235 - Improvisation

Students in this performance course study concepts and participate in staged exercises and games aimed toward improvisation. Students will learn to engage their own creative impulses. Recommended Skills: An open mind is helpful although the class tries to create that. A basic knowledge of improvisation (through watching Who’s Line is it, Anyway or Second City), and some previous experience acting in a production are also helpful. There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
