EL 144 - Basic Electricity and Electronics

Prerequisites: 19 or higher in Math portion of ACT, OR 77 or higher on Algebra section of Accuplacer, OR 121 or higher on Arithmetic section of Accuplacer, OR successful MA 98 OR TE 103 This course provides an introduction to electricity and electronics. Includes electric and electronic components, circuits, and devices. Basic applications show the use of these components and devices. Six hours lecture/lab combination. Recommended Skills: EL 132 OR (TE 103 AND TE 104) OR (MA 107 AND MA 108) OR MA 110 Six hours lecture/lab combination.
