CA 234 - Hospitality Marketing(3/3)
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: An ACT Math score of 18 or higher or with a grade of C or better or completion of higher-level math course or Accuplacer score of 40 or higher for the arithmetic section. A grade of a “C” or better in one of the following courses; , , or completion of equivalent course. Students learn the principles of marketing as applied in today’s food service industry. The student will learn how to do product and market analysis, and how to develop and implement marketing plans as they relate to the hospitality industry.
