THE 231 - Ballet II Description Classical Ballet is the foundation for every dance form, and every dancer should have ballet as part of their dance education. It develops self-discipline, beautiful posture, a controlled body, strength, stamina, and poise. THE 231 offers a second semester of ballet to those students who have satisfactorily completed THE 131 or those who have received 3 or more years of Classical Ballet.
