Description: This course covers management best practices for leading a nonprofit organization. Students will gain an understanding of the nonprofit sector and the issues that nonprofit leaders face. Also, students will be introduced to the major areas of responsibility for nonprofit leaders, including managing employees and volunteers, financial development, board governance, and marketing.
