Corequisites: None Description: This course introduces the terminology, positioning, and imaging principles of radiography. A review of radiographic anatomy and positioning for routine and special projections for the chest, abdomen, upper extremity, and lower extremity is performed. Student will simulate peer-positioning and operates radiographic machines, administering ionizing radiation to radiograph phantom anatomical body parts of upper and lower extremities along with the abdomen and chest. Didactic tests and laboratory experiments are required.
