Description: This course is designed for students who would like to develop their writing skills while contributing to a collaborative learning environment. As peer writing consultants, students improve their writing skills while working with people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, learning styles, and writing styles. This course includes a service-learning component. Therefore, the class is taught in three settings: classroom, online, and writing lab. Students work one-on-one with professors, professional tutors, classmates, and peer learners.
