Description: The dental hygiene process of care is the foundation of dental hygiene practice. This course focuses on the implementation phase of the dental hygiene process of care. Students learn advanced instrumentation techniques for calculus removal. Additional clinic skills include patient management, instrument sharpening, powered instruments and dental hypersensitivity.
