Corequisites: None Description: This course is an introduction to industrial control systems, including principles of control, diagrams, input sensors, output devices, and programmable controller theory. Emphasis is placed on basic theory and the application of programmable logic controllers.
Completion of this course combined with EL 144 , EL 150 , and EL 163 allows students to sit for the Associate of Packaging and Processing Technologies (PMMI) Mechatronics Certification Test - Industrial Electricity 1.
