College Level Prerequisites: None Description: Acquaints students with fitness methods and techniques to develop lifelong wellness. Topics include aerobic fitness, nutrition, flexibility, body toning and strengthening, ideal weight, stress, and the six dimensions of wellness. This is a foundational course to learn the dynamics of fitness.
