College Level Prerequisites: None Description: This course is focused on building upon the principles of body mechanics, muscular fitness, and exercise program design. This course is intended for students who have a basic knowledge of resistance training and proper lifting techniques. Students will create and apply their own exercise programs through the duration of the course.
