Description: This course deepens the practice of yoga and encourages a transformation through the journey to one’s true self. The aim of this course is to offer the opportunity to take postures, breath techniques, and meditations to the next level to improve the mind and body, and to maintain balance and connection in our daily lives. The physical and philosophical teachings of yoga will be presented through demonstration, discussion and readings.
