College Level Prerequisites: None Description: To distinguish good/correct reasoning from bad/incorrect reasoning, students will learn to analyze fallacies, and use methods and principles developed by logicians to evaluate deductive and inductive arguments. Recommended Skills: Competence in reading and comprehending scholastic materials, an ability to share and assimilate insights, opinions and arguments, and competence in communicating effectively in both writing and speech.
