MUS 110 - The Appreciation of World and Western Music

Description: This course is designed to increase the student’s ability to effectively listen to and communicate about music. Study of the elements and media of music will include investigation of World and Western music. Outside reading, listening, and concert attendance are required. This course counts toward the Group 1 (humanities) requirement for the associate degree and is required for the Music Merchandising concentration of the Associate of Music degree. This course was formerly offered as MU 107.
