Description: Simple statistical procedures for the control of manufacturing processes; data are gathered from processes, product flow charts, and cause-and-effect diagrams for the construction of Pareto charts, pie charts, histograms, variable charts, and attribute charts. Students learn to interpret SPC data. Student will need a scientific calculator; no prior knowledge of statistics is required.
