Description: The course provides an examination of the impact of effective internal and external communication in workplace environments. The process will be examined through readings, lecture, case studies, group interaction, and organizational analysis. Leadership styles, problem-solving strategies and approaches to teamwork will also be addressed, as well as the impact of globalization, diversity, and technology in the workplace.
