College Level Prerequisites: None Description: This course is designed to expand the student’s knowledge of many health topics. The principles of personal health are studied, including the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and occupational concepts that influence health and wellness. Students will also be able to examine their attitudes toward health issues and decide how they can modify their behaviors to improve their overall health status and perhaps prevent or delay certain health conditions.
