Academic Program Code: 925

Student working on edits to a drawing on a drafting table. Students apply technical knowledge and skills to develop working drawings and specifications for architectural and related construction projects. Students learn basic construction and materials, building specification and codes, architectural rendering, computer-aided drafting (CAD), architectural blueprint interpretation and documentation, basic layout for mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and building information modeling (BIM).
