Corequisites: None Description: In this course students learn the fundamental principles, materials and methods of building construction for both commercial and residential projects. Students engage with the design, structure and construction processes using common building materials such as wood, concrete and steel while taking into account building science, material properties and building craft. Students are introduced to the Architectural Technology Program and to the concepts of sustainable building practices.
