The GRCC Manufacturing Certificate is designed for employed students who are pursing employer sponsored education. Students in this program work with their employer and the GRCC Apprenticeship Coordinator to design a program of study that aligns with their education needs. In order to earn a Certificate in this program from GRCC, students must complete a minimum of 16 credit hours of approved coursework.
Common coursework includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing and technology subject areas such as AR, DR, EG, EL, ER, HVA, MN, TE, TM and AUT-previously TR.
Many apprenticeship opportunities are aligned with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). DOL apprenticeships may have additional requirements that must be met.
