Academic Program Code: 632 This academic program lays the foundation to transfer to Western Michigan University to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration. The program leading to a Bachelor of Business Administration degree is designed to provide students with a well-rounded, educational experience that blends the theoretical and the practical. Major components of the program are designed to provide solid foundations in the liberal arts, broad general business concepts and specialized majors.

General Education Courses
Select a minimum of 30 credit hours of course work from the General Education course list. Course work must be selected as directed in the areas below. English Composition and Communications
Humanities
Select two (2) Humanities General Education Electives from two (2) different subject areas. Only one (1) Foreign Language course can be used for the Humanities requirement. Natural Sciences and Mathematics
Natural Sciences
Select two (2) Natural Sciences General Education courses from two (2) different subject areas; one (1) must be a lab. General Education Total Credit Hours
30 (minimum) University/College Admissions Requirement
To participate in this program, students must meet the admissions requirements of Western Michigan University and the Haworth College of Business.
Transfer Notes
Western Michigan University agrees to accept designated GRCC courses toward completion of the Bachelor of Business Administration program, provided that the student earns a grade of “C” or Higher (2.0) in each course.
For Western Michigan University accouting majors only, students need to have earned at least a “C+” in BA 256 and BA 257 .
In What Order Should I Take Classes?
Please select courses from the Priority I list. Select courses based on the number of credits you are taking in the semester, for example, if you are a part time student you do not have to take all of the courses listed. If you are unable to schedule Priority I courses, move to and select from the list of Priority II, Priority III, and Priority IV courses.
NOTE: This priority schedule assumes the student is prepared to take the courses listed. If prerequisites are required, additional semesters may be required to complete this degree.
