Corequisites: None Description: This course is a continuation of MUS 114. It covers chromatic harmonic progressions and voice-leading techniques found in the music of the common-practice period. The course focuses on chromatic harmonies, sequences, and modulations to distantly-related keys. It also includes a study of fugue, vocal forms, and large instrumental forms.
