MUS 103 - Applied Performance Class For Music and Theater Pathway Description MUS 103 is a performance studio class organized by applied area. MUS 103 includes discussion of practice routines and habits, technical and stylistic problems, pedagogy, performance anxiety, and repertoire memorization. MUS 103 is required of all students who enroll in MUS 151-153. MUS 103 may be waived with permission from the head of the music department. - Students will demonstrate an understanding of how to conduct an accurate search using the online database for Groves Dictionary of Music & Musicians and the Oxford Dictionary of Music.
- Students will be demonstrate how to give and receive appropriate performance master class criticism.
