POL 200 - Wellness and Tactics II


Description
This course is the second course in the Wellness and Tactics two-course sequence. This course provides an overview of the role of wellness and fitness in the job of a law enforcement officer.  Students learn the association of health and fitness with safety and tactics. In addition to wellness, students will learn safe and tactical approaches to confrontation situations, the mechanics of arrest, and application of subject control.
