WE 144 - Beginning Swimming Description Beginning Swimming is designed to teach students with little to no swimming to experience basic swimming techniques, standard swimming strokes, and drills to strengthen stroke proficiency. Students leave this class not only knowing how to swim, but also basic exercise techniques in the water.
