SL 155 - Fingerspelling Description Fingerspelling is designed to provide the student with instruction and practice focused solely in both expressive and receptive fingerspelling skills as well as concentrated instruction in the use of numbers in American Sign Language. This course is intended for students that wish to explore the field of Sign Language interpreting. 4. Demonstrate the ability to express and receive numeric information within conversational/contextual usage.
5. Demonstrate the ability to comprehend cadence and rate of speed necessary for clear, readable expression.
