BA 201 - Business Communication Description This course is a survey of communication principles and practices used by businesses and other organizations. Students learn both theory and practical methods to plan, create, and deliver effective oral and written messages. Topics include interpersonal and group communication; cross-cultural communication; writing and editing business messages, reports, and presentations; electronic communication; and employment communications. It is recommended that students possess college-level writing skills prior to enrolling in this course.
