Description: CRB 120 Draft Systems and packaging introduces students to draft systems and maintenance fundamentals. Students apply the principles of sanitation and safety to draft system mechanics, operation, cleaning, and design, as well as beer packaging and various packaging systems. Draft line cleaning and troubleshooting exercises are also performed. The majority of the hands-on packaging skills will be covered in CRB 210.

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll in this course.
