Corequisites: None Description: This is an introductory survey course focusing on human impacts on the environment and principles and practices of sustainability. Content will be interdisciplinary and cover topics including human population trends, sustainable food development, energy production and consumption, and global climate change. The course will be taught with a focus on collaboration and student led discussion.
