Corequisites: None Description: This course is designed for students who are seeking an internship experience in a job-related field. Students participate in a paid work experience involving an area employer to practice job skills and increase employability. They work a minimum of 12 hours per week under supervision at an approved employer. The instructor monitors the student’s overall performance. There is an orientation meeting at the beginning of the semester. Students are responsible for identifying their own internship site. A list of potential internship sites is made available by the department.
