3. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the pedagogical process for instructing students in chamber music performance.

4. Know and use active listening skills. 

5. Complete work accurately, with attention to detail.

Applicants without an earned Master's, who demonstrate a significant amount of professional experience as a performer and pedagogue along with significant college level teaching experience may be considered.
