Corequisites: None Description: In this course, students learn about effective leadership styles, skills and strategies and apply them through active involvement in real-world environments. Students are introduced to leadership in a variety of contexts and critically examine how cultural norms, both local and global, impact leadership philosophy and the behaviors of leaders. Personal exploration through reflection and journaling as well as case study discussions are used as primary learning strategies in this course, allowing students to leave the course with practical experience and their own portfolio of knowledge and resources around leadership.
