Corequisites: None Description: This is the first semester of a basic algebra/trig non-calculus course sequence in General Physics for non-Physical Science majors. It includes the study of motion and energy from the point of view of forces and conservation principles. The math skills consistent with high school Algebra 2 will be used repeatedly throughout the course. Basic trigonometry will be defined first and then used often in problem solving.
