Corequisites: None Description: In this course students learn guidelines for the planning and designing of a sustainable home. During the process, students analyze the building site, use sustainable technology and materials, and apply building codes and residential construction techniques. Students use architectural drafting tools and write case studies on specific materials or techniques to develop a comprehensive design for a residential structure.
