This academic program lays the foundation for students to transfer to Grand Valley State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence. The program provides a strong foundation in programming, mathematics, and problem-solving while helping students develop the skills needed for success in advanced computing studies.
Students complete core courses that apply to all three GVSU majors and choose electives that fit their intended transfer program. Graduates of this program will be prepared to continue their studies at GVSU and pursue careers in areas such as software development, data analysis, machine learning, and intelligent systems.
