Computer Support Specialist, A.A.A.S.

This program prepares individuals to provide technical assistance, support, and advice to computer users to help troubleshoot software and hardware problems in person, on the phone, and via electronic support in a variety of industries. The program includes instruction in computer concepts, information systems, networking, operating systems, computer hardware, the Internet, software applications, problem solving, and principles of customer service.  Upon completion of this degree students will be prepared to seek employment in the areas of computer repair, help desk technician, and application specialist.
