Academic Program Code: 255
The Interior Design program prepares students for professions related to the visual and functional improvement of interior spaces. Interior Design students learn to plan residential and commercial projects, and their studies help them develop skills to integrate research and current trends with building codes, accessibility, and sustainability. Students actively participate in creative problem solving, giving presentations, and working as a team.
This program is designed to prepare students who intend to transfer to four-year institutions. Career entry-level skills are also developed.
