Office Administration, A.A.A.S.


Academic Program Code: 137

This program prepares students for careers as office managers or administrative professionals. It emphasizes business document preparation, computer applications in business, office procedures and culture, office ethics and etiquette, general management skills and communication skills. Students are presented with a variety of office technologies.

This program prepares students to take the Certified Administrative Professionals (CAP) exam.

Note: This program is designed for career entry and/or advancement in selected fields. It is not intended to be a transfer program. Students planning to transfer should see a counselor or faculty advisor concerning transfer options.

Select a minimum of 15 credit hours of course work from the General Education Course list.  Course work must be selected as directed from the areas below.
