Prerequisites: Prerequisites:   with a “C” or better or 18 or higher in Math on the ACT or a 76 or higher on the arithmetic portion of the Accuplacer.   or 18 or higher in Reading on the ACT or a 70.5 or higher on the Accuplacer.   or 18 or higher in English on the ACT or a 5 in English on the Accuplacer. An introduction to the laws and procedures regarding Federal and State constitutional rights, criminal case processing, court organization, and prisoner rights. Recommended Skills: Recommended Skills: High school equivalent math and reading skills.
